Light it, stay out of the smoke cloud, and your exposure will be minimal. Not a big deal. Laminated MDF, (Melamine or HPL) should probably not be burned without special equipment. The peeling occurs at the back corner of my build plate I have re-leveled it multiple times and just yesterday replace the fep film made sure it was nice and tensioned and the problem persists. Today I think I will attempt to sand the build plate with some hybrid sandpaper aside from that I'm at a loss for what to do. As a minor point, I strongly disagree about the router on mdf comment.
